S5 Error 900 when using Prommer

JLSW Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Installed Step5 V7.23 program, using Siematic S5 Authors V4.5 for license key running on Windows XP. But found out that after installed the above, i can only get ST version 7.01. *S5 Error 900 was encountered* using prommer to access EPROM 6ES5-375-1LA41. The message is " The EPROM driver registers an error. Error no. 900 USB prommer locked / not connected." Kindly advise. Thanks Attachment ver.JPG (455 Downloads)

JLSW Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear Wizard, Have upgraded to S5 V7.23 having same license key AuthorsW (V4.5)whichsupport S5/ST version 7.X. Also,installed the a) HotFix, b) SP2, c) Updates for V7.23, and USB_Prommer_CD_2007. Problem still exists communicating with the SiemensParallel Prommer.Found this serial number behind this prommer: C79451-A3449-A11 and VP K5 171328 Plsadvise. Thanks.
