i need help please

the hawk Posts: 23 Rating: (0)	i have a touch panel tp170b mono i was programming it by protool cs using a serial cable i made it by my self then i tried to program it by wincc flexible it didnt pass and i got a message that i have to update the operating system using os update in the file menu. i did that then i tried to program it by the serial cable it didn't pass niether by proool or winccc. please help me what should i do ?
