How to copy a WinCC graphics in the Step 7 Plant hierarchy

Prats Posts: 272 Rating: (4)	Dear All, I have created WinCC graphics seperately as we do in a Step 7 WinCC project. Now i want to import these screens in the PCS 7 Plant Hierarchy. I know of one option where you can see all the configured WinCC screens but that too has a name limitation. I cannot import all the screens. Please help as this would make things more accurate as system will take over communication and connection to the Block icons.

Sydney Gold Member Joined: 1/4/2008 Last visit: 7/2/2025 Posts: 703 Rating: (98)	Hello, the way could be as follows: - the pictures you've created should be in the WinCC project standard directory (GraCS) - in the Simatic manager, Component view, under the OS station rightclick on the OS or on the spare place in the OS folder and choose the "Import WinCC objects" - it will show you the accessible pictures in here - open the Plant view and move (drag&drop with Shift key) the desired pictures to the appropriate plant hierarchy folders Regards Sydney btw: if this is the way you know, maybe it will help to somebody else
