automatic OB installation using STEP7 V5.2 over redundant S7-400

Alberto_SPAIN Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Dear Sirs, I'm starting a new project with a hardware structure with redundant S7-400 and ETM adquisition. The project consists in a rebuild of an existing project running on that hardware. I want to preserve the existing running OBs but I just cannot copy and paste them in the new project because the running project was performed with an older version of STEP7 (mine is V5.4) and gives me warning related with the memory assignment calculation. Of course, the original project doesnt exist (only by uploading) So that, I installed them with the procedure of Insert->new OB,... and so inserted all the original OB from 0. The compiler deletes all after compilation and says that the reason is because they're empty. It gives me the hint of using 'automatic block installation'. The problem is that i dont find where the select or how to use the capability. Could you help me to solve this problem? Thanks BR

Alberto_SPAIN Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Of course, I only have to create an CFC chart including some I/O access and the compilator automatically built all the required OBs related to the configured hardware. I check the OBs and it also included the specific ones for redundant (whose the hardware architecture of the project) Best regards.
