Does anybody have an idea? It shouldn't be difficult if anyone has an experience on HART devices. I would be thankful for a help. Thanks

I think there is a problem in wiring. Look at this FAQ http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22722557. It is very helpful. You also need to check if you really have a 2DMU (passive)and not a 4DMU (active). |

Hello AhmetTan While I can't give you any "hands on" based advise on this (haven't had the chance to "play" with Hart AI cards in S7 yet), I can tell you that the wiring rules for S7 Hart AI's cards have their own "rules" and are explained in the SIMATIC ET 200M distributed I/O device HART analog modulesmanual. You would most likely already have noticed that always all channelstogether are set toeither 2 wire or 4 wire mode (there's no "mix and match" possible) and since you decided on 2 wire,I wonder if you added the requriedjumper to bridge terminals10 & 11. I hope this helps |
