We are using 840C CNC System, we are facing frequently some problem in that system,

1. If The Machine in switch off and on the part program is automatically loaded with the system. But normaly all m/c its not happen we are only load the part program after switch off and on.

2. And the Part Program R51 x-axis offset value changed, during switch off and on.

kindly give the check points to correct the problem
