Shop Mill sofkey missing ....

Ekalavya Posts: 2964 Rating: (485)	Hello.... I am facing a problem in 840D with PCU50.3 .....newly commissioned ... I am not able to find shop mill-program softkey if a new program is opened in SHOPMILL. I am able to find only G-Code program. NCU Verison: 06.05.39 NCU571.5 HMI Version:06.04.22 PLC basic pgm 800D 06.05.02 ShopMill NC version: 06.03.23/2 ShopMill PLC version: 06.04.09/01 I have uninstalled HMI and ShopMill NC and checked still found the same problem. Is there is any Option data need to be set ? Also i have one more question.... If i clear the NC data in a Shopmill and then if iload back the NC data i am not able find any Shopmill sofkeys..... Does it required in a SHOPMILL machine to take Display MD compulsory....does the ShopMill data will not come when NC archive backup is taken? Regards, Ekalavya

So from the Program Manager->New->"Program_name"->position the cursor on the newly created program->Input->New->Shopmill program. Since you've uninstalled the HMI and ShopMill you installed afterward again the ShopMill after HMI? Good luck Nit
