liew Posts: 32 Rating: (0)	Hi expert Lifrasil, Helmut_13, Betel and LOGO!Barbarian, I have kilowatt / power transducer and output is 4 to 20 mA. 4 mA = -1250 kW 12 mA = 0 kW 20 mA = *+ 1250* kW My question is: - 1.) How to hook up wiring in different -VE between AM2 and kilowatt transducer???. 2.) Use special funtions analog threshold trigger, let say, Trigger On *from negative 1250 kW to positve 250 kW or 350kW.* Trigger OFF from positive 250 kW or 350 kW to positive 1250 kW. What is the value for trigger on and trigger off for the above example ??? Hope to hear from your all soon. Thanks and merry christmas to all. Best Regards, liew nelson

Helmut_13 Posts: 2930 Rating: (432)	Hi, if would think a view minutes more, then you may find the sollution. Easy: Usea analog amplifier (4..20mA Sensor, range: min: -1250, max: 1254), followed by an Analog threshold trigger. Settings ON: 0, Off: 250 (350). Good look

The EXCEL-files helpto calculate the parameters for the LOGO! ...(liew_A) is a solution for one amplifier, bat the calculation includs rounding-errors. ...(liew_B) is a better solution without rounding-errors....look at the DEMO-circuit....
