Running Hill Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	hdhosseini Dear running hill please check other channels in the DO cards are actives such as Q5.1 or Q5.7 as shown in the picture. if they are active in sotware and active in hardware there is a problem with indicator LED of Q5.4.You measure voltage of the output to be sure. BR I checked 5 other Qx.x with your suggestion and non of them indicates "ON"on the PLC.

hdhosseini Diamond Expert Joined: 1/28/2009 Last visit: 1/5/2026 Posts: 6892 Rating: (1368)	Running Hill I checked 5 other Qx.x with your suggestion and non of them indicates "ON"on the PLC. 1- Back up current project 2- Create a new project with a simple hardware in your set up 3- download the harware configuration and then FORCE all DO one by one.Check if supply of Do module available and also Back plane connector also available on RACK. BR

And no broken up in the plane connector. And I followed your suggestion to force every output with a simple logic, butstill no evolving. ...........

Running Hill Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Dear all, With all your suggstion and help I finally find out that there's problem in the DO module. We disassembled the module and test the circuit with the multimeter after which we found asemiconductor elementin the circut was breakdown and coursed short then melt the 7A fuse between the 24V and the circuit. Thank you all for your help!
