Vicky5729 Posts: 35 Rating: (0)	Hi all, I am having some problems with the drive output frequency. I am not able to increase the frequency of the drive from the DCS more than 17HZ. While am operating from Local am able to operate and increase the frequency without any problem. Only while operating from DCS the frequency is not increasing more than 17HZ where my maxmum frequency is 50HZ (Standard). I checked the Input from the DCS to the Drive, (4-20ma) it is properly working. I have 2 Drives and both are having the same problem. The Settings which I have made are P0003 - 1 P0010 - 0 P0100 - 0 P0300 - 1 P0304 - 400V P0305 - 5.5A P0307 - 2.4 KW P0308 - 0.8 P0309 - 0 P0310 - 50 Hz P0311 - 980 rpm P0700 - 2 P1000 - 2 P1080 - 0 Hz P1082 - 50 Hz P1120 - 10s P1121 - 10s Note : There are 2 Motors connected to this drive, which is used for a Vibrating Feeder. Both the Drives are having 2 motors connected to the Drive. Both the Motors are having same specifications. One motor Current rating is 2.74A Power rating is 1.2KW So I have added both the motors current and Power rating for setting the drive parameter. If I have made any settings wrong please let me know. Please anyone help me over this scenario.

This way will not take more than 5 minutes. To reset the drive to factory default settings: Set P0010 = 30 Set P0970 = 1 Hope this helps.

It would be better to change the setpoint from there. But to prove a point, and only as a test, you could make P1080 = 50 (This is the MINIMUM frequency that the drive will run even if the setpoint is zero) So be warned. Regards, Graeme
