Hello Muthukumar; For detailed examples of complex systems, there is always the Appluications and Tools link above. If you search for FM 357 there you would come along to this thread on Flying Shears, done with S7-300 CPUand FM 357. http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/21669498 Study it in detail, iot should give you much valuable information.
