I need to know the minimum motor speed that can be run with Sinamics S110 drive and 1fk7022-xak7xmotor with Endat 512-multiturn encoder (Encoder type 2053 in Starter identification)in speed control mode via profibus.

that is a therotical question.
The encoder has a resolution of 2^20/rev (512 lines and a fine interpolation of 2048 (standard setting)). If you want to have one new information perspeed controller cycle (at the reduced performance drive S110 = 250µs), that would be a very small value - 1 increment per 250µs = 240000 inc/min = 0,22 rpm. But there are further algorithms.

If you really want to be sure that your drive will do one revolution in one hour (for example), I would use the basic positioner "EPos" with max. resolution. So you would have a position controlled movement and the position controller "guarantee`s" a exact position after a defined time. So if you give a speed setpoint of 1000 inc/min, that would be < 0,001 rpm.
