Hi, If this is not a newly commissioned machine, then almost certainly, you have some EMC issues. Bad wiring practices, transient power supplies and interference from other machines/inverters can cause missed or corrupted communication telegrams i.e. F082. Take a look at theEMC guidelinesand make sure that the machine complies. Has any modification been carried out recently, additional cables been routed nearby, flourescent lighting, replacement/re-routing of cable runs etc. Finally, does the PLC go into STOP mode, this will cease any communication telegrams and cause the connected drives to display F082 also.
