F082 WITH Simovert Inverters

Dinmani Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	I have 20 nos of Simovert master drives with Nord mecanica triplex laminator, which all are communicated with S7 300 Plc via profibus connection, daily many times we are facing problem of F082 fault during run or even idle condition also and machine statred alarm....., please tell me possible reason and its solution too, thanks

Bad wiring practices, transient power supplies and interference from other machines/inverters can cause missed or corrupted communication telegrams i.e. F082. Take a look at theEMC guidelinesand make sure that the machine complies. Has any modification been carried out recently, additional cables been routed nearby, flourescent lighting, replacement/re-routing of cable runs etc. Finally, does the PLC go into STOP mode, this will cease any communication telegrams and cause the connected drives to display F082 also. Dinmani Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Thanks for reply. It is a 10 years old machine, not new installation. we are facing its since last 3 weeks. There are 2 option of running machine, first option we are running out of 20 drives maximum 14 nos of motors and it is running well, in other option we are running all drives at a time. We face problem in other option when we are running all drives. When we reset fault sometime it gets reset and some times its creating more problem, But there is no spsecific symptom and time of fault, any time it comes and creates prob, as a result we are in trouble, Please suggest any modification or changes we can make in parameters of all drives for avoiding this. Thanks again and hoping for your comments.
