Hello Paul, you wrote that the setpoint has a variance also, so please check the setpoint chanel. (Use the function diagrams of the compendium). If possible, change the setpoint source, e.g.if ananalogue input is used, disconnect it and use a commissioning box or simmilar, where a analogue setpoint is generated without any disturbance. Try to set a fixed setpoint and check whether ther variancestill occurs. By the way, if analogue devices are used, check the shieldings and the potential equalisations. Make traces of the setpoint and actual speeds as well of the currents and send it with an actual downloadfileby opening a case tothe customer support.
