Siemens step 7 instalation problem?

Anyways with that outa the way im having trouble with siemens step 7 when i try to install it it say's there's already one installed i did a topic about this befor but forgot how do fix the problem and i couldent find my old tread. So can anyone point me in the right diration or help me some how. I remember useing regedit to fix the problem. Thank's Tyrell444~
