Request - drive 6SE7026-0TD21 displays F011 and F012

Hellen Member Joined: 4/30/2013 Last visit: 6/2/2025 Posts: 3 Rating: (0)	i am having a problem here, the sinamic drive 6SE7026-0TD21 which is used for chut tail tellescoping it displays F011, i tried to run it without a load by disconnecting a motor and then it come with F012. than I puted back the load and try to disconnect the loadby changingparameter 60 from 7 to 5 and it dinied by displaying 2 parallel lines. so now um thinking off swiching off the machine Regard Hellen

F011 is Overcurrent and F012 is I too low. The Operating Instructions provide guidancefor troubleshooting and problem solving. Vithani Platinum Expert Joined: 7/8/2009 Last visit: 6/7/2025 Posts: 1977 Rating: (479)	Hellen i am having a problem here, the sinamic drive 6SE7026-0TD21 which is used for chut tail tellescoping it displays F011, i tried to run it without a load by disconnecting a motor and then it come with F012. than I puted back the load and try to disconnect the loadby changingparameter 60 from 7 to 5 and it dinied by displaying 2 parallel lines. so now um thinking off swiching off the machine Regard Hellen Just a small confusion - your MLFB shows your drive is CU2 but you said you tried to change Parameter 60 from 7 to 5 which is of CUVC - please confirm whether your control card is CU2 or you have upgraded to CUVC I assume its CUVC so Now F011- Please refer Manual for CUVC - its overcurrent fault so you must check Output cable, motor and all Without load, you got F012 - which is quite obvious because you may using Vector control mode and in this mode, without motor, you will get this fault If you are using close loop control mode, then F011 can be because of Encoder too Please refer following to check whether it is because of encoder or not Trouble shooting in Vector Control Mode regards, Devesh

I also encountered once in one of the ABB drives over current fault whenencoder failed. It's always confusing why encoder is giving overcurrent fault rather than speed measurement fault etc. Regards, Vijay
