	I dont Like people driving Fast, thats the reason I overtake them ;)

How main motor is connected to crank shaft thru belt, flywheel or thru electromagnetic cluth to main crank shaft? Because some times, losses in drive transmission causes overloading of main motor. Please check if this is the cause. Now you have mentioned in post as If the voltage drop, the current rise What's your opinion? I am of the opinion as, since load on the motor increases, torque demand is high, current increases & that is why DC bus voltage drops, because if voltage drops you will not get more current either. So I suggest to check the reason of this load demend. I don't suspect SCR fault, because in this case you would not get rated DC bus voltage. Hope this helps. The motor is connected through a flywheel...

The motor is connected through a flywheel... I suggetst to check following points because of which there might be transmission losses in system causing motor momentarory overloading. 1. Please check the belt alingment & tention. After contineous running of press the belts tention gets loosened & the required/caculated kinetic energy could not be stored in in fly wheel which transfers the load torque demand on motor. 2.Please check if the air pressure is getting dropped. This may cause slippage in pneuamtic cluth. 3. Please check the gap between pneumatic clutches. If the plates are worn out then losses may cause motor overloading.
