pincho Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hi. I'm working on a project with TIA Portal v12 ( S7300 - CPU 314C-2 PN/DP and HMI TP1500 Comfort panel). I've been reading about how to latch a button and unlatch it. I've read about the button "events": SetBit and ResetBit, but still not worning to me..... when I push the button, it doesn't latch...... only while I'm pushing. I just have found one alternative solution using a 2 modes switch, but I need specifically a button. Greetings!

K!ke Posts: 1299 Rating: (136)	Hello, what exactly do you like to do? instead of set and reset bit you can use invert bit. if you like to display the two states of the button, you can use a "PushbuttonSwitch" in the library Buttons-and-Switches K!ke

Hello pincho, instead of a button you can use a switch, and then link it to a processtag. Then the events "setbit and resetbit"are not needed anymore. (what K!ke said, he was faster) Kind regards, Jens
