The following software products are not available and need to be installed before you continue: STEP 7 Basic V11 SP2 I have installed Step7 V11 Professional SP2 Upd 5... WinCC V11 Professional SP2 Upd 5... Could anyone help me ? Thanks!!!

I try to open other project and I can explore all logic and data blocks... but with this specific project... the error message remains... Have anymore things to check why it's arrising ? William_B Posts: 5225 Rating: (1204)	I am not sure I will be able to help (sorry). What I do propose is that you make sure that you have updated the hardware catelog (HSP). You have the latest update for TIA11: SP2 and Update 5 - but I can not know if your HSP is latest. Please try that. I am going to leave you in the capable hands of an expert from here on forward.
