Measuring the auxiliary voltages on the CUVC:

At cassis unit the both outside pins of the current transformers have to be measured against the housing.It has to be measured one time+15Vandone time-15V.+/-14,6V are still good, but the amount may nothave a differencemore large then 50mV.
!Take care, while the DC link circuit is energised!

F023 at chassis units
All chassis units do have a central distribution board, the IVI, which is mounted at the back side of the electronics box. On this PCB is on the lower end a terminal strip -X31. Depending on the frame size the pins 1 to 6 are connected (pairs 1-2; 3-4; 5-6) to a NTC with the very big sizes additional -X33 pins 1 and 2.
1. Check the Temp sensors:
At approx. 20°C ambient temperature the NTC does have a resistance of approx. 10kOhms
2. Check temp. sensing evaluation:
Disconnect the temp. sensor from pin 1 and 2 at terminal strip -X31 and connect a 10kΩ resistor. then while supplying the unit with a 24V DC in r833 a temperature between zwischen 20 und 30°C must be shown.

At compact units it is the treminal strip -X30 on the corresponding PEU.
