MP370 and lock keys

Operator must be permit access to control from MP370 via WinCC from OS. We use tag for lock/unlock keys on screen MP370, change value tag in WinCC. When tag=1, keys are ENABLED When tag=0, keys are DISABLED How we canlock/unlock hardware keys (S1...S16, F1...F20) via WinCC from OS ? Thank for answers.
