I have set parameter p700=1 in MM420, but when i have start the driver and  wanted to work with BOP, the button for change direction doesn't work ( other buttons work ).

What's the problem?

In manual Parameter List: MICROMASTER 420, you can read under P1040:

Note:
- If motor potentiometer setpoint is selected either as main setpoint or additional setpoint, the reverse
direction will be inhibited by default of P1032 (inhibit reverse direction of MOP).
- To re-enable reverse direction, set P1032 = 0.
