I have programmed a very big program and have inserted OB121 for program error detection. 

I load the program on PLCSim and try to simulate but the simulator shows "SF". 

I saw in diagnostic buffer for the error. it shows the following error.

My program is running normally, even though system fault led is red.

where FC10 has 100 networks

it is possible that in the FC10 you are writing DB?.DBX115.x, (BIT access) and not exist, maybe your DB is long enough? Maybe it's a mistake, your program is working because you've downloaded into the CPU the OB121.
