TP177B user deleted from internal memory

tugrulislier Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Users are deleted from the user list without deleting them in the "User Administration Window". Any of the users are lost irregularly at any time. We should then log on as admin and create the user again. May it be an OS or version problem. Application build on WinCC Flexible 2005 Standart SP1 HF7. Please help

tugrulislier Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	No, this can not happen. Yet another TP177B in another project shows the same problem. There are three users with different authorizations. One of them, any one of them is deleted. But I don't know whether during normal operation or restart. It is also not the case that someone deletes the user. In the first case, After downloading the same project to another TP177B, the problem is solved. The old one is at home now.

Make a OS update -> point 5 -> http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/22507039 When you have create a new user, after thenyou shouldchange to a notherscreenbefore you switch off the panel (you shouldnot swith off the panelwithout "StopRuntime" if you have change some user). Thats all what i would do. Or, maybe the panel have a bug.

But recycling the power brings the group of the user back to original state. The problem is now that, if this happens, one should open the cabinet and turn off the power of the HMI only and then on. Should an extra switch in the cabinet to restart the HMI is to be supplied? "Attention! In case of unauthorization, break the glass and push the button" So, There should be an OPTION to turn off this feature of the HMI? Best Regards

Best Regards Hi tugrulislier, I'm afraid of so this option is can't be turned off :-( (I dont find it) But somebody know how can we turn of this option, please tell me. Nother question: the project restart is solve the problem? I mean stop runtime, and start it again. I kwon this solution is not correct but better than power off/on. I try a nother way, and it's working.... Somebody who know the superuser password can change the user group to unauthorized user, in the user view. Regards Zenta
