CFC/SFC CP 443-1 GX20 V2.1. I have tried to get rid of the missing software CP 443-1 GX20 V2.1 by installing the Driver, but I am still getting the error CFC/SFC missing. I have installed Step 7 version 5.5 SP3. Kindly advise, which software is it missing and what do I need to get it. Attachment error1.zip (404 Downloads)

Kindly advise, which software is it missing and what do I need to get it. Sorry to offer more Questions than answers but it may halp you to find what you are missing. 1. Does your machinne/system has any Simadyn components? (CFC/SCF where used in combination whit symadyn-D7Sys?) 2. Does your machine/system has any FM modules? (For some FM's it was necesary to include/generate CFC's, but that's what i remember, houpfully somebody will correct me). 3. Do you have the "documented" version of the PLC programm? (assuming that some of your blocks where created in CFC and somebody which was not aware of that and did not have the CFC editor instaled in his PC just compiled or uploaded the CFC related blocks, so now you have only STL files Without comments for those blocks) 4. Some times you can get rid of those kind of messages using this procedure (save a backup first ). A. Open your project. B. Select the project main folder. and right click on it. C. Select Object properties tab. D. Then select Required Software Packages. E. Finally click Excecute (and cross your fingers), it takes a while depending of how big your project is. I hope this helps some how. Regards.

All I can say at this point, I am trying to find out the answers of your question, as I am not the one who has created this file. But I can say there is no FM module or Simadyn compenents.

The project was built with PCS 7, however, since there were no SFC's were used, hence, they advised me to upgrade the S& 5.5 to Professional Edition, and also buy a license for CFC 8.0. We have placed the P.O for the same, but the delivary of license will take place by end of this month. Is there any way, I may be able to download the trial version of CFC 8.0.
