I need to be sure about data logging in the hardware LOGO 8 without a SD card.

 A manual says :"If, however, no micro SD card is inserted in the card slot, the buffer area in LOGO! 0BA8 can only store 512 bytes of data log and the left data log gets lost".

1. The memory will storage datas up to 512 bytes. That means the next events won't be write?

2. How to refresh a full memory data to write news data? Uploading the actual storaged data to Logo Soft Comfort?

here in attachment is a Data Log. It was created without an SD card. If the internal memory is full, the oldest entry is deleted to make free space for a new entry.

Logging began at 6:33:00.
The oldest entry was not 6:33:00 but 6:38:28. That is, the internal data log memory is a FIFO.

A new Data Log is not created until the existing Data Log wired uploaded from the logo. Uploading is only possible on the Logo software.

To read the STOP must be switched.

That means you had uploaded the data that began at 6:33:00 for open space in the memory for a new entry that began 6:38:28.

No, you have not understood it.

I have the log at 6:33:00 started and then uploaded the Data Log at 06:41:18 on the PC.
The first log entry but only at 06:38:28. So are the logs 06:33:00 to 06:38:27 missing, because they were the oldest.
Had I the Data Log uploaded only at 06:51:18 on the PC, the logs would be missing 06:33:00 to 06:48:27.
This is the principle of the FIFO memory. First In, First Out.
