Yes I know that it is not exactly a technical question, but I know nowhere else to ask, especially here in the easter holiday.

I have a friend inHong Kongwho deperately need the WinCC Flexible Archives.
His problem is that any software order has 4-6 weeks supply time (!). I do not understand this as I can get most orders within a week or two, add the shipping time to Hong Kong and it takes max 3 weeks.

Is it possible to purchase directly from Siemens Germany and have the package sent via DHL to Hong Kong?

If nothing else, do anyone know where to ask such a question ?
