I guess you are right,As you can check all parameters in the following manual there is no explicit signal like(Qman_On) so you can make it by yourself.

Standard PID Control

You need to check if the block is processed without error (ENO),No restart signal (Com_Rst) and PID in manual mode (Man_on).

It's controlled by you, so you would now when it is in manual mode.
