I copied some things from an existing project to create my safety program...

but the HW F device dbs are generated in a crappy order... i would like them

generated in order... like this 121030 DB first

                                                     121050 DB's

                                                      121070 etc etc

in the picture you can see the ordering is out...

can i change the diagnostic addresses to prioritize these DB generations

or how do they know which order to be generated in?

in the project i copied from its correct as this was done from scratch and

hw was created in order from device 1-100 etc etc....

can i still fix my ordering? or do i need to delete all HW and start over

copying them in order i want?

in CPU properties (HW Konfig) you can choose under "F-Parameter" the number (from...to) of DB/FC/FB for.

After changing I would translate your programm new.

I am not sure but I think selfmade FB/FC you must change manually.

not quite what i meant... here is another pic... on right side in green is how i want it... that's

acceptable by my standards :P

on left the ordering is 1050 above and then 1030 is scattered all over, i want

1030KA131

1030KA141

must be in order and also if i could just get rid of those extra DB's in between

there they are not relevant but get stuck there in between

Generate HW-Config
Add new F-Group (50ms!!)
execute block consistency
finish!

hello there, thanks it sounds like it will work, now I need to execute it correct

this is the message it gives me after I created a FB1100 just to be able to create

a new F-group but it tells me this message... how can I create a new F-Group?

I can't delete the old one to basically replace it with the same F-group FB900...

you must also delete DB1000, not only DB1001 - ...  Then no F-Group is present. Then you create a new one with the same Parameters.

it worked like a charm  no more empty DB's in between... now my next question...

how does it know in which order to generate? cause the ordering is not A-Z

or smallest address first or anything like that... it has its own order where to generate which safety adress DB
