PLC Simulator Communicate To Wincc Flex ?

Reymond Posts: 112 Rating: (0)	Hi good evening, I do have a project with s7-300 plc and some tp panels from siemens also. I'm using wincc flex. My question is, Is there a way to communicate wincc flex to my plc sim. This will be a great help while i'm waiting for my actual devices to arrive. Thanks in advance, Begginer

simaticmanager Posts: 150 Rating: (5)	dear friend, wincc flex can communicate with plc sim. as plc sim only communicate on MPI protocol u have to just select the connection as mpi and fill the entries as address =2 , rack =0 , slot = 2 in wincc flexible. regards simatic manager

Reymond Posts: 112 Rating: (0)	Hi Zak, Thank you to everybody, I have question to you Zak. I succcess communicating to my plc sim in plc sim 5.3 for mpi connection. And now I upgraded my PLCSIM to 5.4 and now Im working on getting the data from the simulated PLC with CP to my opc server but I cannot do it right as of now. Maybe you have lot of ideas or anybody here who already did this,. Thanks and warm regards, Begginer
