This can be done using the Parameter VM Mapping.
You must insert the two LOGO!s into a network project and thencreate a connection between the two LOGO!s.
Then you use Parameter VM Mapping to transfer the Counter values and the value of the hours counter to the second LOGO! which then accesses the LOGO! Access Tool.

You use the Access Tool to retrieve the data as follows:

Counter 1 -> = LOGOVAR ("VD0")
Counter 2 -> = LOGOVAR ("VD4")
Hours Conter -> = LOGOVAR ("VD8")
