Hello josbar; Your diagnostic buffer shows that you have an old S7-37-2DP. It also shows only 10 messages; you do know that you can go up to 100 mesages as required. In this case it would be. So: do you have a Profibus-DP network in your plant, and in that case do you have diagnostoc LEDs appearing on the CPU and the slaves? The messages you show are typical of what happens when you lose one or many slaves on your bus, but your program is still attempting to access data from these unreachable slaves through their peripheral addresses (PIW 324, PQW 324...). If it is a problem with the network, I would suggest you check: - termination résistors ON (active) at both ends of the bus, OFF on all other nodes; - cabling and connectors on all the network. -verify that all configured slaves are still online and well-connected to the network. Continuing on the same idea, you should take the time to look at these basic troubleshooting documents from PI and SMAR: PROFIBUS fault finding and health checking Tips for trouble shooting on the PROFIBUS-DP | SMAR The second document shows oscilloscope readins for different types of faults; I do not suggest that an oscilloscope is a required troubleshooting tool for Profibus, simply use them to see the conséquences of these errors. If I am completely wrong and you do not have Profibus-DP slaves in your projwect, please give us more détails so we can help you further. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
