OPC UA - NodeRed OPC Server connection problem

We cant connect to NodeRed OPC UA server on Simatic IOT2020 http://node-opcua.github.io/ When i use 3rd party OPC UA Cliebt (UAExpert) I got certificate error BUT when i check box "Accept the server certificate" everything ok. I can see all OPC tags. But i stll cant connect to OPC UA through TIA V13 and Simatic Net OPC Scout v12. Whats wrong with certificates ? What should I do ?
