As long as you are working with S7-300 modules, I suggest you jkeep the following manual in an accessibl;e directory:

SIMATIC S7-300 S7-300 Module data

As you can see from the svcreenshot below, taken from the Module Data  manual, the SM 331-7KF02 module does not support PT 1000 sensor.

The SM 331-7PF01, an 8xRTD analog input module, does.
