Hello Experts, 

I have a 319F - 3PN/DP PLC [6ES7 318-3FL01-0AB0] and the MMC 6ES7 953-8LJ31-0AA0 (512 KB).

The PLC is reachable via Step7 (PLC-> Display Accessible Nodes) only when a memory card is not inserted. 

With the Memory card the device is not reachable. I could not download the hardware configuration. 

I would like to know if it is the CPU which has a problem or the memory card is not compatible with the CPU. I was looking for a manual for the PLC where I can find a list of compatible MMC and other modules.

the MMC is compatible.

How is the LED State of the PLC if you powered on with the card?

It can be that a project is stored on the card which use different settings for the interfaces, so you must change this settings in the properties of PG/PC interface for you adapter.

This is the state of the LED when I power up with the card. 

SF : Constant Red

DC5V : Constant Green

STOP: Blinking

Although the memory card is being reused from an older system. Could that be a problem? I did do a memory reset after power up.

yes this can cause the problem.

The blinking STOP LED mean that the project from the card can't be loaded on the PLC and should be reseted.
