We are planning to monitor through plc/scada the voltage of our industrial batteries supplying our solenoid valves. How can I convert the dc voltage to 4-20 mA or 0-10V analog current/voltage?

The plan is to use our existing S7-300 analog input module AI8x13 bit  6ES7331-1KF02-0AB0.

Assuming we will convert the voltage to 0-10 Vdc voltage, how can I represent it in LAD program?

The input voltage from battery is 22-24Vdc, the output is 0-10Vdc (which will be the input to the analog input module).

Use a voltage divider build out of 2 resistors.

Or if you need something more sofisticated - a voltage transducer. An example.
