Hello,

I have a module 6es7-334-0CE00-0AA0 and try to connect it to CPU315-2DP.

When I try to connect Mana (15 or 18) and CPU M ground I have a bus fault on CPU.

I try to connect another module next to SM and led SF was blinking on it (the FM module for tests).

Between pins 15 (18) and 20 on SM334 I have 2,3 V difference.

I make something wrong or module is destroyed? What is correct connection for it?

I think Mana is negative analog. I wouldn't tie that to ground (M) it should be on the low side of your input or output. Best tie the shield to M and the wires to correct corresponding Mana.

I've included a .pdf that has the pin out. 1 = L+ and 20 = M... Mana all over the place.
