I want to commissioning   a center guide control system by FIFE camera(out put 0 -10 MA)&MOOG VALVE G931(0-50 MA) & CPU 315 -2DP

I need a high speed analog card (I&O) Because in this system speed very important .

Seems you have to move your post in the SIMATIC S7 side at first, then you don't mentioning on how much time do you have to close the loop.

Also it's not clear what is the position feedback sensor .... You better complete these stepstone before taking care about the IO card, don't you think?

This is the "only" high speed analog card at the S7-300.

Please think about your complete signal way.

the center guide control system default is CMI Automation Company with PAULY Card (Product of 2003 and not support now) , I'm going to run this control system with Siemens .

I have two sensor SE20 FIFE ( with 0-10MA output signal)  for detect strip edge and a MOOG valve (G931) with +/- 50 MA input signal for base control(strip) , Always the sheet(strip) should be center 

I used  CPU-3152DP & SM331 7KF01-0AB0 & SM332-5HD01-0AB0 for  my project I can not PID tuning because The speed of receiving and sending the signal is low  ,

I tested by SM 331; AI 8 x 14 Bit High Speed; 6ES7331-7HF0x-0AB0 (with 2.5ms max Speed)  that It was better than before, but not enough

depending on your requirement because cycle time you have to choose a suitable hardware.

e.g 1ms:   S7-1516 + Et200SP modules

Thank you for your suggestion, I used a 6ES7 335-7HG02-0AB0 (AI/AO) for receive  input signal with

cycle time 0.5 ms , The result was very good.
