SCl version: v5.6(release v5.6.0.0)

Step7 version : v5.6 + HF1(revision level: K5.6.0.1)

I find it very strange though why i'm getting this error.

I can use SFC14 in stl fine, without any problems. So that means the function is defined.

Yet in my SCL(here for me) it gives an error.

Update: When I was copying the programs I used to attach the full project. I tried compiling my source file in this new project. To my surprise, this worked without problems.

After testing some more things. I have found that in this new program in STL my SFC14 call is different than my old. I think the problem might be here. A screen of the new and old is attached.

I tried fixing the other program, but it keeps giving me the wrong input/outputs for the SFC call.

How can this be?

How can I fix this?

ps. I'm not allowed to post the full project of the company where i do my internship.

This thread can be closed.

I fixed the problem by deleting SFC14 in the symbol table and in the simatic manager. And then i called the block again in OB1.

This time it gave me the right input and output values( LADDR and RECORD). Now it recognises  the function in my source file.

Sorry to bother you with this stupid mistake.

can it be that in the old project a function DPRD_DAT is defined from user? And overwrite the SFC Symbolname?
