I have a new CPU (SIMATIC S7-300, CPU 315-2DP)  which i want to send a pogram from my computer, but it's say :

"Possible load memory bottleneck or not enough memory on the memory card."

I have a 128KB RAM on the CPU and everything is new.

I use compress memory but nothing

What can i do ?

an do you have a Memory Card inserted?
For S7-300 normaly you need a memory card !

The mentioned CPU has a Working memory of 384 kb, when you want to be able to use it. You need a Memory card of 512 kb or bigger.

When I look at the pictures, I see you need 189 Kb in Load Memory.

(Load Memory is your Micro Memory Card)

So you need a bigger MMC.

The problem is that i have the same CPU with the same program and the same MMC size (128kb)

and can send the program without problem

I put attach image for my other PLC

I just saw that woking memory is not taking in consideration (previous file), i don't know if i have to do something for it
