WinCC flexible 2008 PC RT

I am in need to do some changes so i did contacted with the engineer who made the project. He did changes and sent me the file. Unfortunately it seems like it was initialy made with a WinCC flexible 2008 sp3, but changes were made with sp5, so project does not start because of the compatibility problem. I was told that creator of the project does not use sp3 anymore. Do i need to buy a new RT license for sp5 or there is a possiblity to compile the project to the older version?
