Hello guys,

We have a S7 200 system. There is CPU224, EM277 Profibus DP and EM231 (AI4x12Bits). We have analog signals wired to the EM231. However, when we read the information on the EM231, we read only zero on all the channels, yet when we use a multimeter, there is mA values that should give us readings. When we switch off power of the EM231, in the hardware configuration we see that there's no customer power to the module but it reads some high values. We have switched off power to the module several times but have not succeeded. We wired signal isolators but that still has not helped.

Could the module be dead, Or is there something we are not doing?

I managed to solve the problem. The configuration on the dip switches was the issue.
