OP 77B gets hang in redundancy system

007 Posts: 34 Rating: (0)	Dear Forum, In my project, there is 2 CPUs i.e. CPU 315-2dp, IM 153-2, OP 77B, SMs i.e. DI, DO, & AI. It is a software redundancy system and panel is flame proof. So that screen change is done by external push buttons and OP 77B is inside the flame proof panel. Redundancy system is working fine, screen changes from external push button is also working fine. Everything is woking well. My problem is that OP 77B gets hang or screen display fluctuated for about 10-12 secs when screen changes done for sometime.After that its OK and then come again after sometime. I don't know why this happen. Please give some solutions. Regards, Rajesh

007 Posts: 34 Rating: (0)	Dear Titas, This is usedfor CNG compressor packege. But when we operate only on panel without CNG compressor package in factory the problem is same. Please give solutions if anyone face the same problem. Regards, Rajesh

But after some time OP 77B gets hang for a moment when screen changes are done from external push buttons then we have to wait for some time and again working well. This happen again & again in delay of some time at the time of screen changing. Please give its solution. Regards, Rajesh
