Hi expert,

In a package when I power on the panel the run led on cpu is run but stop led is blinking. I do not have the program downloaded to cpu.

what is wrong?

with which frequency flash the STOP-LED?
Are there any informations at the diagnostic buffer of the PLC? 

Otherwise when your PLC is new with a empty MMC then download the program and look at the diagnostic buffer

Hi Hasan1987,

1. Use new MMC card. If Leds are still blinking, then it's hardware issue.

2. Try to communicate & upload from PLC. If there is no communication happening with PG, then it's serious hardware problem.

3. If communication is successful (after memory rest), share the dia. buffer.
