Connecting HMI to MicroMaster 440 via USS

Bill Mars Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Does anyone have experiance interfacing a OP73 or TP177 directly to a MicroMaster 440 using USS and the built-in RS-485 on the Micromaster. If the machine doesn't have a plc but the standard BOP or AOP is not enough. I have heard that it could be done if the Drive has a ProfiBus adapter. But for an OEM that is an unnecessary cost. Has the HMI team decided to support USS ?
