also problem can be in case of TIA portal, better we need to know what SW you're use for prj? Hope you understand that some CPU versions aren't existing inside TIA, especially old versions, everytime check your HW catalogue and then make decisions about HW change.

When I goto the project>hardware>313C>right click>replace object then it is not showing 6ES7313-5BE01-0AB0. can you please tell me how can I change HWconfig?

you have some answers from guys about possibilities. One thing can enter to not possibility replace your CPU - memory difference between both CPUs, maybe other internal different parameters. In this case isn't probably possible replace only CPUs. Due Christoph and Towome recommendations you can change CPU but with respect of memory/prj usage.

CPU changing to a lower version isn't possible.

Delete the CPU in the hardware configuration, but only the CPU and not the program. Then insert the other CPU in the rack.
