Saman1361 Member Joined: 12/3/2021 Last visit: 1/16/2022 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	I have an AFE rectifier (6SE7041-1EK80-Z), which is used in a crane to powering the hoist/gantry inverter. We've been facing a problem recently. When the drive is running for a while, the F009 error occurs. After several tries, if we disconnect x9 terminal and reconnect it after 5 minutes, the error will disappear and the equipment operates without any problem even until the end of the process. I've checked all the equipment and everything is right. The point is when r30 parameter is above 10 volt the F009 error occurs and drive does not run, however, when r30 parameter is less than 10 volt, the drive runs normally and without any problem. Could you please advise me, what is problem and how could I fix it? Seincerely

PISCEAN 2010 Diamond Expert Joined: 4/23/2010 Last visit: 11/23/2024 Posts: 8092 Rating: (882)	Hello, r030 = Actual line voltage F009 = Supply failure i.e. line voltage has remained below the undervoltage threshold (P074) for longer than the maximum line failure period (P155). So I suggest you to check p074 & p155 values. Moreover, since you mentioned it is crane application, please check incoming DSL system & its brush condition. Hope this helps.

We checked the parameters you mentioned ( p71= 400, p74= 65%, p155=100ms) and when there was f009 on the device, we changed the values of the parameters as follows: P74=50%, p155=150ms but nothing changed and the device did not turn on. We guess that the meausured value of the r030 is not real because actually the voltage of all points is measured and its value is zero, and usually after disconnecting the x9 socket for 5 minutes, the r030 value also decreases and the device turns on. I want to know the amount of r030 Where is it read from? And what causes this amount to be misread, and what should be done?

On power interface board (C98043-A1685 or C98043-A1695), across resistor network bridge voltage is measured & transferred to microprocessor card (C98043-A1680). Due to component aging or heat, resistor values deteriorates which may trigger such alarm/fault. Hope this helps.

Saman1361 Member Joined: 12/3/2021 Last visit: 1/16/2022 Posts: 6 Rating: (0)	Hello, regarding to your message, the required values for defective drive (in fault situation) are as follows: P 71 = 400 volts P 74 = 65% R30 = 20 volts R32 = variabe between 10 to 15 hz For information, this crane also has another drive ( for trolly ) that works without any problems and the values for this drive are as follows: P 71 = 400 volts P 74 = 65% R30 = 0 volts R32 = 0 Hz

If yes, you need to check hoist drive control card. Moreover conduct power section definition identification & board configuration.

The rectifier and inverter of the trolley drive ( health drive) are separate from faulty drive. Faulty drive have one rectifier that are used to travel and hoist I suggest you to disconnect travel drive first & conduct trials with hoist drive. Then disconnect hoist drive & conduct travel drive trails. Observe the DC link voltage. This way you can check if DC bus is getting overloaded due to which drive. More over I suggest you to check IR value of motor, cables (supply & out put), terminal block etc. etc., if IR values are underrated or may cause such fault.
