I am new to the Logo! world and would like some insight on configuring the settings of an analog threshold trigger.

I am currently using a 6ED1052-1MD08-0BA1 Logo! My setup consists of a pressure transducer: 0-5 PSI, 4-20ma I am using a 500 ohm resistor to convert that into a 2-10V signal I'm not exactly sure what the measurement range, gain and offset should be set to.

I need my output to be on (1) with a PSI reading greater or equal to .22PSI. Off (0) at any value below .22 PSI

Here is my full scenario:

Filling tank process- 

Low level indication= 6" water (.22PSI). Output will simply control "Low tank level" pilot light.

High level indication= 4' of water (1.73PSI). Output will be interlocked with fill pump. When high level is reached, fill pump turns off. 

Control logic is setup to do the following:

1. When tank is below 6",  low level output should be off (0). This will trigger the low level pilot light in control logic

2. When tank reaches 6", low level output should be on (1). This will remove low level pilot light.

3. When tank is filling and below 4', high level should be off (0). This will allow pump to run.

4. When tank reaches 4', high level should be on (1). This turns pump off.

You become the same problem by the pump. Under 1.73 psi pump on, by greater 1.73 psi pump off.
The pump will switch on/off all the time.

 Pump control is more of a manual process. Operator must first push fill button. As long as tank is below 4' (1.73psi) pump can turn on and operator can walk away. Pump will remain on until level of 4' is reached. It will not turn back on unless operator pushes fil button again

Then you don't have LSC V8.3.

For programming a LOGO! 8.3 you need LSC V8.3.

 I've run into this issue twice today. I had issues connecting the PLC to my PC via ethernet cable. I read that issue may be that I do not have the latest version of the software. I was un able to download the latest version as I was not registered to do so. Is there a quicker way to download the latest version without having to wait for registration?

Would it be possible for you to explain how you figured out what the settings need to be?

I'm a little confused by the threshold setting you have of 220. This would mean my high level threshold would have to be 1730 which is over the measurement range. Should my low threshold be 22? This would make the high 173.
