Hi All,

I am currently working with desigo cc v4 i created project and graphics. i have 2 problemes 

1- I have probleme with the server of Desigo CC whene i login in desigo cc i have fault Emergency Mode - Restart the système immediately and i restart the système and the same problem 

2- i had a problème with license  i hav license engineering and whene i try to login and i can not login and message display no license

Can't log in at all or does the Summary Bar simply show demo mode? In the latter case, is the indicator in LMU really green, i.e. is the license still valid and is the dongle correctly recognized?

yes i cant log in at all, if i retire a dongle and i login it work with demo mode. in  LMU the indicator is green and the license valide and all is good. i stopped all services in SMC project and i restart PC now i can login with license engineering

but after 1 week the same license's problème display again.

Management View > Management System > Servers > Main Server

In Operation tab, what is configured for Emergency Mode Memory Limit?

How much RAM do you have for your machine? 

in the machine i have 8 GO 

and the limite of emergency mode is 2GO 

its Normal ? 

Memory:

Well 8G is not enough. Recommended is 16GB. For test purposes you can reduce Memory Limit to 1GB or even 500MB but this is not a permanent solution. 

If you run the server in a VM, assign the VM more memory.

License:

Engineering License enables the software to run for a maximum of 48 hours of continuous operation, without any limitations on version, size, or options.So without a valid customer license installed, you cannot expect the system to run for more than 48 hours. So what do you mean with "after 1 week"?

yes i now desigo can be running 48 hours  of continuous operation, but after if you introduces the user and password you can login normally but in this case the message display no license valid. i need to stopped all systems in SMC project and restart the machine

But now you must tell me more about it. Are you still in commissioning or have you already installed a customer license?

And does the machine run permanently or do you sometimes shut it down? I don't know the state you describe and I just wonder how it comes to this state.
