As I know, the maximum number of function blocks in a LOGO 8 program is 400. Is there anyway to expand this number (possibly by inserting a MMC) or it is limited?

if  problem remain same (without use of invert block) with inverting input you should replace plc with other series as s7 200 or other

The master logo is the one executing user program.

You can add slave logo's in a configuration, they are used for extending IO's. They do not execute user program.

Yes there can be more than 1 master.

More than that....
When we say "slave" it talks only of the communication relationship between the LOGO! units. It says nothing of how the program looks like.

That means you can have a distributed control. Each unit can control its own local area and you can exchange (communicate) relevant information between them to bind together what applies globally.

When saying "slave" or "master" it is about the communication and not about the control. You can have more than one master but you do not have to.

I am running out of Function Blocks in the master logo, therefore i have to  distributing the user program over several logo's. That is de idee behind this topic.

There are several points that are not clear for me.

1 So a logo slave can also execute a program. Where can we create a diagram entry for the slave              logo?

2 If you look at the property of the connections. We see that the connections between logo master1 and     HMI or Logo-Master2,  TSAP    is used. For the connection between Logo-Master1 and Logo-Slave         TSAP is Not used, What is the difference?

3  On Logo Master1, 192.168.0.150, what is the conection port at the bottom left of this device?

Attached is my configuration.

192.168.0.150 is the master, in the project overview we have Logo8_Master1 Diagram created by Logosoft when the master logo is added to the project.

192.168.0.151 is the added slave. For this device logosoft did not create a diagram file. How can we add a diagram file for this module? 

192.168.0.152 is a second master, here a diagram is automatically created.

1.) A slave logo can execute a program, therefore no diagram of a slave logo can be created.

2.) Because the slave logo is just a slave, she is not communicating independently. The communication is only one side of the master logo. Therefore no TSAPs.

3.) The question about the "double box" I can not answer. Have to no information found.

I think I know now the function of "double box" in the logo Symbol in network mode.
The logo may indeed create 8 Static and dynamic 16 TCP / IP connections.
The static connenction need TSAPs on the server, the dynamic Connection apparently only on the client side.
I have created a project with 11 logos with 8 static connections and with 3 dynamic.

Adding more than one master is solving the 400 Function block limitation, that i have in my project.
